{{ ahahaha yessssss. XD okay so I shall share some of the things that were bouncing in my head while at work.
Syx starts getting attention my the SHEILD after his first teenage fight with Metro Man. They’d sent agents before but Warden always kept the knowledge away from the boy cuz he didn’t want little blue to get used as a science project or used to make weapons or what not. But it was with the “understanding” that Blue would eventually do government work.
This, of course, got thwarted when Syx ran away from home and part of why Warden didn’t look as hard as he might have was cuz of the agents now breathing down his neck.
But when Syx starts up super villainy he gets a big talk to while sitting in prison that is meant to help the troubled teen and about how he can change his ways and they will help him learn to channel his abilities. Syx takes this as “go big but not big enough to make anyone outside the city notice. And from then on is really careful not to make his machines too threatening seeming. (so no death laser with the power of the sun in this verse)
Wayne, on the other hand, is always getting hounded to join the big teams and to help in global threats and is always trying to downplay it because he is just too depressed to deal with anything more that his one city. If anything he’s happy that Megs is as active as he is cuz he can use it as his excuse for why he’s needed here and not elsewhere. So the Game is still going strong.
BUT crossovers! Metro Man having team-ups with the Avengers. Mutant politics in Metro City. Syx having a private and secretive war with Stark Industries to prove his robotic tech is superior. Young Teen Syx trying to break into Stark Industries to figure out how Iron Man manages his flight because Syx refuses to admit he doesn’t know how to keep flight stable.
Seeking out the other aliens and someone with a space ship and begging to see the Earth from space again. Begging to find out if there were other survivors from his planet out there somewhere… Accidentally getting caught up in a big plot and just being so lost. Megamind accidentally helping to save the day and getting a pat on the back from someone he hero-worshiped and being so ashamed to admit that he’s a villain and the Steve Rogers is just, “Yeah I know, kid, but there is more to all this than what legal side you’re currently on. What matters is that you are fighting for your beliefs. For what is morally right.”
And Megs is just…

and mind blown.
Metro Man having his crisis moment of wanting to retire and getting to talk to people like Bruce Banner who gets the immense power thing, the desire to isolate and pull back despite the potential they have to do good.
Roxanne being a mutant. Just think about it. Cuz yes. Maybe not even a flashy or combat power. Just something she always feels she has to hide so she can fit in. Feeling so much connection to Syx because he might actually understand? Having a moment when Syx is on the brink of am I good or evil and her ability getting revealed. Of them building on that and as a point of connection. Roxanne just fighting so hard for good mutant representation in the media. And making so many projects based on it. Roxanne protesting for mutant rights even while closeted herself.
Just… Marvel Verse. }}
