Bell scoffed, “I thought I was more famous than that. The blue normally gives me away,” she preened and posed, “Megamind, incredibly gorgeous criminal genius and mistress of all villainy.”

Offering a hand to the fallen woman, the villain added, “And fuck yeah. If you’re going to pose dramatically on roof tops over the captured damsel and do battle with the city’s defender you need two things: a good evil laugh and know how to roll with a hit and fall.”

Golden eyes blink about the, in her opinion, pretty sorry excuses for trees, before looking back at the uh….mistress of all villainy. Can’t help but quirk a brow at that. “I’m….not from around here, so..” she shrugs. That’s a reasonable excuse she thinks. And not actually all that much of a lie either~!

She finds herself squinting at the girl again uncertainly and then down at the offered hand.
“I see…Is this some ploy then? I can’t say I’d make a fantastic damsel, just so you know,” Xhuuya takes the hand regardless, hauling herself up with a few cracks and a groan. “Ah nope,” she slouches slightly after failing at her attempt to straighten her back.

Bell huffed and put her hands on her hips, though the pose looked very silly while kneeling, “Oh puh-lease. You’re all beat up. That’d be silly. Besides I only kidnap Roxanne… or Richard… or whatever they are today,” she fluttered a hand dismissively, the oddness of gender that seemed to follow her timeline never seemed to bother the blue villainess, “You’d make a horrible substitute and besides my next great battle isn’t until next week and it’s gonna be out near the lake where lot of people can cheer and boo, not in the woods. What’s the point of that?”

“Also that sounds like it really hurts,” Bell cringed, “Are you sure you’re not broken?”

Bell sat back on her heels and pretended to twirl the drawn on mustache and waggled her brows, “Why my dear, the better to laugh maniacally to. Mwahahaha~”

“But daaaaamn, that looked painful. When I fall from great heights I usually try and plan on being a wee bit closer to the city,” she tapped her chin, “It’s kinda a son of a bitch to get a ambulance out here,” she gestured to the deer path, barely large enough for a buggy.

She stares at the girl, squinting up at her as if trying to see and decided how sane this one might be, but blinks and shakes her minutely before trying to push herself up off the ground.

“Do you make a habit of planning on dropping from great heights?” she grunts out, at least managing to roll herself over onto her back and sighing out a breath. “Because I certainly do not.”

Bell had no choice but to slow clap. The blue woman had been on her way back from visiting the Scott Manor. She always took the long deer trail through the pine forests that bordered Metro City and allowed the rich gated community of the ‘Lord and Lady’ lived in the be utterly secluded. Normally Bell’s walk home was nothing but peaceful nature and the loud music streaming through her headphones.

Walking towards the fallen woman, Bell pulled out her headphones and crouched, “You alive? If so groan painfully.”

Having just spent the last four hours with her secret girlfriend, Belle was quite a sight. Besides generally being disheveled in her tight leather pants and skull tank top, her face was covered in sharpie. The drawn on villain mustache at odds with her glittery gold eyeliner and deep purple lipstick.

Having already groaned painfully earlier, Xhuuya instead sighs in exasperation. Though granted the sigh came out a little strained, still winded from the fall. Her head turns enough to look at the girl, cheek resting against the ground, fully intending to shoot a glare up at her, but stops to take in her appearance.
A brow quirks up slightly.

“What happened to your face?” she tries to laugh. It comes out rasping and she coughs.

She was almost there. Almost.
It was a harrowing adventure but at last she’s almost reached the ground safely. Her hands scrapped raw, a tear in the knee of her pants from the occasional slip up on the way down, but all in all she figures she’s done quite well in climbing down the giant redwood she was in. There were less than a dozen branches to go now and a little bit of a drop till she reaches ground level and relative safety.

Xhuuya looks down awkwardly from where she’s clutching at her tree to gauge the best way down and carefully wipes sweat from her forehead. Taking a steadying breath she lets go of the tree to shimmy herself carefully off the branch and swinging slightly from it to reach the next branch below. On the last swing just before she lets go though, the branch she had been hanging onto snaps with a loud crack. She flails at her lost momentum and hits the next branch wrong, landing hard on it and driving the air from her lungs before bouncing off it and towards the ground.

Comically almost she falls through several more branches and bounces off other more sturdier ones until she hits the ground, face down, with a muffled thud thanks to the heavy blanket of moss and pine needles. Several deer bound away, startled by the ruckus.

Xhuuya groans painfully, but does not move from her spot aside from turning her head to the side enough to breath more easily, and glares at the deer disappearing deeper into the forest. She blows some stray strands of hair from her face irritably.

Not one of her proudest moments.
