Let’s talk about ‘take your time’

When I say ‘take your time’, what I mean is:

  • Take.  Your.  Time.
  • If you have muse for another thread? You can reply to that.
  • If you have muse for another character?  Guess what; you can reply to that too.
  • If you’re getting feels for another ship?  You can reply to that, lmfao.
  • If you’re overwhelmed with other threads?  It’s okay; seriously.  I don’t hate you, I don’t think any less of you.  You get to ours when you can.
  • If you want to drop a thread because you’ve lost inspiration with it; same as above.  I don’t hate you.  I’d rather you told me than fretted and thought omfg she’s gonna hate me when actually, the opposite is true.

Muses can be fickle, fickle things and I shouldn’t have to say this but when dipshits come out with stuff like ‘take your time doesn’t mean you can reply to something else’ — actually, it does with me.

Anybody who plots with me, RPs with me, even talks to me; I love.  Dearly.  And when they reply I squeal like a mad thing because omg the flawless (seriously).

RPing is meant to be fun, lovelies.  Don’t suck the fun out of it by being passive aggressive and a bit of a twat by saying shit things like that.

Take your time means take your time — it’s YOUR character, your blog.  You reply to who you want when you want or when you’re ready/have the muse, okay?  ❤

⚜ How many people do you not like?

{{ Oh gosh, I really think I’m a very easy-going and forgiving sort. I like most people and it takes a lot for me to hate. Leaving it to just from the rp community… two. They both deeply hurt my friends and I can’t forgive that. 

edit: idk why I read that as hate and not just “not like” buuuut eh… I like most people. I either love you, like you, am totally neutral, or hate. }}

☢ What fads/trends are you so over?

I don’t really like “so-and-so followed” rps. They don’t do anything for me. I also really hate having first interaction being one line icon rps. They rarely work well for me. Don’t get me wrong, I adore icon banter, but I really prefer it with characters my muse already knows.

♦ What was a mildly annoying thing that has happened to you rp wise?

Having 3 new partners I was really excited to write with not only stop replying but delete their blogs with no warning.

✿ What do you think about public call out posts?

I hate them. Sometimes it is necessary to warn people away from toxic players? But I really, really hate OOC drama and hate. 

❥ Has someone ever ruined an FC or character for you?

Not for me, but one of my main ships got ruined by people hating on the pair. And that really sucked cuz my partner lost the will to write that pairing. I really miss that couple now.

✧ Do you agree with reblog karma or is it forced interaction?

I didn’t even know it was a thing until last year and I very much dislike it. You should never feel forced to send something in. I much prefer interactions where everyone is excited for it.
