So that your followers know it’s okay to dig through your blog and send in memes, starters, or responses to opens days, weeks, or months after they’ve been first posted.

How much longer does this have to go on before the government realises that its young people are practically DYING because we can’t afford medical care. When is enough going to be enough?

I half want to play this out and figure out who this is because I personally find this hilarious, but on the other hand I’m not gonna have anybody bugging my buds lol.
{ all of the icons that I use with the black border ( art, film, etc. ) I found online posted on forums with permission to use. otherwise I typically don’t use fan art for icons, especially since screencaps are also available, as well as gifs and other promotional art. I’m not a fan of the concept of, “I’m the only person that can use this because I made it.” I respect people who don’t want others using their icons and whatnot, but I personally enjoy sharing what I’ve made because that way I’ve saved someone else the trouble of making it. all this being said, I read rules upon following / becoming mutuals and I understand if you don’t feel the same way. thank you. }
(( It was just noticing the art of Vice that gave me pause for concern. Screencap icons are screencaps and I really don’t care in the slightest where they came from. I did find the icon pack that was part of after I sent you that message, but seeing their artwork used was just a shock this morning. I’m not 100% sure with what permissions that particular icon pack came with in regards the to fan art icons vs what was just movie screencaps. That was my only concern. ))
