Destroy: What object would you erase from existence if given the opportunity?

{{ oh man… that’s a tough one if I limit myself to just things that are connected to me… *soft noise of indecision* old artwork. Really old. Like from when I was 5 or something. There was this thing we went to? It let you turn your kid’s drawings into plastic plates? Well…. dad had like a million of them made… and still has them. And loves to sneak them into my moving boxes occasionally for nostalgia and cuz he’s a jerk (in a good way) but they are so embarrassingly old and he never ever throws out our art. But of all the art he’s kept, that’s the worst. }}

can of tomato paste
diced sweet potatoe
handful of frozen corn
other diced veggies such as celery or red pepper

¼ t Cayenne pepper
¼ t Cinnamon

Directions:

Saute the onions and garlic,  add the

Worcestershire stir a bit. Add beef and cook till just brown and seared on the outside. Add beans, tomatoes, paste, and all other veggies except the corn. Mix together all the spices and add them in. Cover and cook on very low heat for at least 30 min to an hour, check veggies and meat and make sure stew beef is tender and veggies are cooked through. Add in corn and chocolate chips. let cook 5 min.

Let sit off heat until cool enough to eat. Or don’t ;D

Serve with corn bread. Makes enough for 4.

Also this is soooooo much better the next day after the spices have intensified overnight.
