“A name..?” Robin prompted, looking up to frown at her father. “Uhm… his name is McBob!” she said, smiling happily up at Syx. Shifting to snuggle a bit more firmly against him, her knees drawn up now, her tongue stuck out just a bit as she flipped it over and got her small fingers into the space to switch it on. It came alive a moment later.. but as soon as it hopped, the one extended leg caused it to twist, and soon it was simply flailing about on the ground

“Oooh!” Syx crowed in delight, hugging her close, “Look at McBob go! We should help it back, huh?”

Leaning forward and saving the downed robot frog, Syx pulled it back into their lap, “It looks like his leg is malfunctioning, shall we fix it for him?”

“YEAH!!” She exclaimed eagerly, bouncing up and down in her excitement. “Can we do it now!? I really wanna do it now! Do you think Mamma can be there too?” She asked. His approval of her frog fueled her excitement over what she was able to accomplish

Kissing her head, Syx pulled her into his lap, “Mamma is busy with Minion. Why don’t you show me what it does and then we can surprise Momma with it?”

Snuggling her to his chest, he looked over her head so he could see the mechanoid frog, “Does it have a name?”

“Daddy!!! LOOK!” the little blue skinned girl beamed happily, her blue eyes glowing in a manner that was completely natural for her. She held up a small robotic frog, though the proportions were entirely wrong, and it likely wouldn’t be able to actually function in any manner.

Crouching down, Syx rubbed his hand over his daughter’s head. Larger than a human’s by far, but not quite large as his was at that age. Smiling at his ingenious child, Syx inspected the creation, “Splendid! Should we turn it on?”

He knew it wouldn’t run well, but fixing things, tearing them apart and putting them back together, was just as much fun as the building.

“Daddy! Can I see the alligators? Pleeeeease!? Mom said to ask you.. I wanna feed them!” The child’s eyes held a faint glow, reaching for Syx’s hand

Syx adored his little child. They had no idea their gender, it was nearly impossible to tell at that age considering the twist of genetics. They were forever previous to him though, “Did she now?” Syx pulled his child up into his arms, “Well my little one, let’s go see if they are up and playing. If they are you can throw down their kiddle.”

“Dad! help me!! The teacher told me I can’t assist school anymore.” he was upset and threw his bag to the floor with anger, leaving a hole in a second. “Tell her it was an accident!” He waved his hands, angry with the teacher and with himself yet unable to control his powers he made a wall fall into pieces and now all the school fears him and no kid wants to be his friend. “I’m not gonna hurt anyone, I want to be normal…I can’t even use the video games i always breaks them” he began to cry.

Syx pressed his hands against his son’s cheeks leaning down to kiss his forehead. He’d never know how difficult it could be to not be able to control you body and it’s powers. Wanting to be normal, wanting people to like him. That he understood. Failing to ba able to, he understood that as well. Hating that his child was forced to go through the same issues.

Sighing Syx wrapped an arm around his boy, “Humans… they can be horrible sometimes… but you’ll learn. It just takes time. And patients. And stubbornous,” a mischevious grin flashing across his face, “If it makes you feel better we can egg the horrible woman’s car? Or I can just go have a very serious talk to her.”

That would happen either way. He wouldn’t allow a child of his to be bullied out of school be a student or teacher. He’d pay for the damages, he always did. No, that woman would definitely be getting a visit from Mr. Blue.
