Roxanne crossed her and glared at the blue man sitting on her balcony railing. It would be so easy to just push the asshole off the ledge and be done with him, “What is it Megamind, you are being cryptic and I am far to tired for this shit, alright? It’s god awful in the morning and some of us have actual jobs!”

“You’re his ‘girlfriend’ you should know something!” Megamind leaned forward instantly, barely hanging onto the edge onto the railing he was perching on. They both knew that Roxanne wasn’t actually dating Metro Man, well Syx did now anyway, but she’d still been closer to Wayne for longer that the blue man had been, “You have to know what’s going on with him! Go call him up or talk to him or something!”

Roxanne pinched the bridge of her nose, teeth gritted, as she pulled her thin robe closer around her to cover her pajamas. Even after the revelation, the villain before her seemed to refuse to accept that her and Wayne Scott had never had a close relationship. She had coworkers she was closer with than Wayne, “I’m going back to bed.”

“Hey!” Megamind shouted as she turned to leave, lunging forward to stop her from entering her apartment, “Miss Ritchi, this is important.”

Pulling away from him, Roxanne glared at the super villain, “Oh dear god Megamind, I swear to god if you kidnap me to have this conversation I will drive one of those spikes through your foot.”

Both were so caught up in their heated debate they were completely unaware that they had company…
