The giggling was the first thing that could be heard. Childish glee and big slashes. The little blue child stood in the shallows of the river outlet, laughing and clapping excitedly. A large very round fish swam up to the child and was quickly scooped up. With all the strength in their body, the child threw the fish out into the deep area of the river where the fish made a big splash. This resulted in more clapping and squeals of delight before it all repeated. On the shore were the discarded shoes and a perfect ‘glass’ ball of water.

Syx froze at those words. His activities in the criminal world had been quiet of late. Not more grandstanding with Metro Man. He hadn’t even been arrested in four months… he’d been focused on sorting out his own life. In settling in with Anna. If figuring out his place in the multiverse…

And so he hadn’t been seeing as much of Lyn. He can’t even recall what he’d just said to her. The words had leaked out of his mind at her reaction. As it was, it had been an ever odd war inside of him at their strange relationship. It defied words or explanation. But… never in a million years would he have expected to hear those words from the feisty Hell Cat.

He’d been in silent shock for too long before he croaked out, “Leave -what?” he shook his head, trying to make the words order themselves in a logical way, “Emmalyn… why would you…?”

The twins had been reconnecting. Tony still felt in a whirl that he even had a sister much less a twin that he hadn’t seen since he was three. Having ended up going to the same college, and in many of the same engineering classes, the two had become fast friends. But that wasn’t nearly good enough for Belle. She wanted to embrace this with both arms up and covered in glitter.

Which is how Tony ended up going to the karaoke bar with her on Friday night. It had taken quite a few drinks before Tony was even willing to set foot on the stage with Belle giggling madly and clinging to his arm in her own nervous self-consciousness. And of course she picked Time Warp. Rocky Horror was a favorite of his and he knew all the words by heart, so there went his excuse for mumbling the lines.

Laughing, Belle pressed her face into her twin’s back. Face strained, Tony hissed back, “This was your idea. Sis.”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah!” she bit her lip, bouncing, “Is it starting? Is it?”

Once the music began, Belle about shouted him deaf, “It’s astounding! Time is fleeting! Madness takes its toll!”

Feeling like a fool, Tony tried to keep up. Presentation. If you acted like it was okay, people would believe it. He rushed as his lines came again, “It’s so dreamy. Oh, fantasy free me. So you can’t see me. No not at all.”

Belle swung her hips, eyes nearly closed so she didn’t have to see the crowd. The fact that it was a song to dance to, Tony was grateful for. He was a shit singer, they both were, but they could dance. They slid through the moves silkily all while Tony barely sang loud enough and Belle shouted every line.

When it was all over and they slipped off stage, Tony wrapped his hands around his beer like a lifeline, “Why did you take Riff Raff?”

Belle snorted and flipped her curly blue hair, “You’re clearly a Magenta. Embrace it, brother.”

“Oh my yes. My Uncle owns a lovely Italian place, maybe you’ve heard of it? Le Coeur Brisé? It’s quite popular despite the name. I tried telling Uncle what the name meant, it’s funny really, but he didn’t seem to think it mattered.”

“What were we talking about? OH! Fish! I do enjoy some fresh local salmon. Minion catches them all summer. But if we splurge and get something from Nancy then I adore some swordfish or tuna.”

For Megs that would be his pure excitement over science and creating things. He’s just so damn happy and energetic and I adore it. This is especially shown during the prep work going into the DNA extractor and Titan creation.

I started off writing fan fiction and a couple of my friends rped. They started talking to me about it and then me and @celestialess started shipping our muses and that was the start of my descent. XD

Depends on my mood, but I do really enjoy a nice light rain.

That helps immensely. I do have my own OC character, but I have only ever used her in my Fanfiction writing. I’m still learning all the ins and outs of Tumblr and the different blogs. I have to keep reminding myself that I can be whoever I want on here without being judged and ridiculed. Maybe I should make a Tumblr just for my OC and try my hand at RP. It sounds like it might be kind of fun. And Megs, is definitely someone she would want to know better. ;)

Bluebell had gone out to have a fucking blast. Even though she’d put on her hollow-watch to look human to enter the bar, she’d gone all out for the evening. Flames on her leather boots, a silver lightning bolt on her ass, a leather jacket and a lacy choker, and her makeup colorful and beaten to perfection. Her eyes were a smoky purple and teal that looked more was a more natural look on her blue skin but on her human for it was bright and loud. Her lips were a wash of black and glitter.

Bell didn’t care one bit that she couldn’t sing worth a damn. Finding herself on stage with a total stranger, she belted it out for all she was worth. It helped that it was one of her favorite disney songs that she knew by heart.

sorry. maybe I misunderstood what those prompts where for? I was thinking more on the line of some randomness that included those three ideas and Syx. I’ve never done any RP, so very confused about that particular idea.

{{ lol, it’s okay. These sort of prompts are often used to facilitate the start of a rp between 2 muses rather than just in character answers or drabbles. It’s meant as a starting point to give people ideas of how to get their characters to interact. Of to create fun ideas. Sometimes these prompts are like the one I just posted where it’s scenarios. Other times its sentence prompts.

And no worries. I know a lot of non roleplayers follow me and enjoy interacting with Megs. It is just more confusing to do with these sort that are far more meant to imply another character in the mix. Answering questions or head canon prompts are open to anyone because those can be answered in ways they don’t need another character for mine to interact with.

But when they do need another character bu their very nature, if I don’t have one to use than I don’t have anything to write. If I do have a dummy character to slot in, then it becomes a drabble or mini fic.
