Stumbling back from the stungun’s blister, suprise swooping thrue the bombers pink eyes, aggressive actions not calculated Al already fell when Megamind advanced forward. But instead of attacking Alixon went into deffence, blocking Megs with her staff hard against his chest, holding foe on arm lenghts after grunting hit the dirty ground, tearing up back of her dark grey tank top, reading BOOM!.
“Ouch… Get off blue jerk!” She hiss thrue a sneer still in good mood and getting better. Fighting the only managable dance she knew by heart. “No one can handle threats anymore!” Barking this Al still kept check on his fist’s as raising own leg to kick him away feeling slightly out of place.

In the scuffle of arms and legs Syx snarled with a wild predatory grin. The kind reserved solely for other criminals. As her leg came up, by accident or design, it hit him square between the legs. Syx hissed at the hard connect, but her leg found nothing more than if she’d kicked a woman there.

Rolling out of the tangle and getting his feet under him, Megamind dropped into a defensive crouch. Green eyes narrowed at her, “Threats are for games, games have rules. These are my streets. You want to play games, you respect my rules. If you don’t, then well…” a truly evil grin spread over his face, “Surely you know the sort of toys I throw at Metro Man. How well do you think you’d last against something that can make an invulnerable man pause?”

The hum of brain bots filled the air, a small swarm of six fanning out around them.

With his holowatch firmly in place and activated, Syx strode into the small tattoo parlor wearing his most often used dark skinned face. His afro filling a portion of the space his blue head did in order to help the disguise generator. He found that the less the watch had to drastically fabricate the more realistic the disguise and the longer the charge lasted. Generating flowing hair and clothing he wasn’t actually wearing stressed the-the algorithms in the watch and increased the likelihood he’d end up looking like a CGI character come to life.

Smoothing out his leather jacket, Syx grinned at his uncle and leaned against the counter. Chatting about business and news since he’d been in prison. Passing on messages from those who were still inside.

Noticing Paige coming in he gave her a little wave, heading over toward her and plopping down in her tattoo chair as if he hadn’t turned down every offer she’d ever made to give him one. He flashed her a wide charming smile, green eyes shining.

“Draw up anything new while I was gone?” he always adored seeing her sketches for her designs.

Paige looked up when she heard the sweet chiming of the bell when somebody came in, a small smile raising to her lips when she saw just who it was. Syx has quickly become one of her favored friends in this new area, though honestly it had taken a bit for her to open up to him enough to actually have a conversation. She had always been polite to him, never one to be openly rude unless it was necessary. The process was a relatively slow one, softening bit by bit with each visit from the dark skinned man.

“Depends, will you let me tattoo you?” She teased when he spoke, grinning a bit more so that the dimples peaked out on her cheeks. Though one was a bit more prominent with the piercing she had.

“I actually just finished with this one,” she spoke again, leaning over to grab up a paper and show him the drawing in question. “With the roses and the banner it makes it easy to work around any scars they may want to cover,” she explained with a smile, her expression lighting up just a bit as she spoke of her work.

It was no secret that Paige was incredibly passionate about what she did and the work she put out.

Hovering his fingers over the drawing Syx, was in awe, “Lovely as always.”

She always offered and each time it was harder to say no. He had two scars he’d love to hide permanently. That wouldn’t work with the holowatch active… and she’d always known him like this. He was loath to show himself. To have their casual friendship change. It would have to; if she knew.

Shifting in his seat Syx wondered, “Have you done any sleeves?”

📼 (Anna lol)

He heard the sound before he even entered the room. The bright blush already on his face. On the big screen was a video recorded by a brain bot from a while back, Wayne between Syx’s legs. The sounds of their lovemaking filling the room, tinny from the speakers.

Laughing nervously, he’s not entirely sure how Anna will take the discovery. Syx rubbed his arm, “Oh uuuh… going through my videos? Six-five-two tends to record things where I want it to or not.”

Syx swung his legs and huffed a sigh, “Alright then,” he rubbed his temples, “You are a hero I take it? I’m not even going to question how that works,” he couldn’t imagine ever being accepted by the citizens, not like he was, “But if you are and even if you aren’t, I feel the most pertinent discussion is going to be the rules of the game. Acceptable?”

Here was something familiar, her relief and irritation being replaced with a more serious expression. “Very acceptable. Your side first, I suppose.”

No point in Megamind denying the obvious truth of which side she was on.

Syx nodded, “The rules Wayne and I have used for years are thus: No going after family. No danger to non-combatants. Miss Ritchi is never put in real danger. No harassing or fights unless provoked. No busting into the Lair. Respect for privacy. No implicating non-combatants in illegal activity resulting from the game. No more than one fight per month. Everyone involved may call Time-Out. Time-Out will be respected by all parties.”

He paused at the last bit, eyeing the blue hero, “This part was more unspoken than explicitly stated, but Wayne always turned a blind eye to my efforts to clean up the areas the cops can’t touch. The cops don’t go into these neighborhoods and you know it. Someone has to do something and punching a few muggers all vigilante style doesn’t do shit.”

He shifted into a more defensive stance, that stick could be very dangerous even without her powers. Syx was well used to uneven fights. Prison yard battles and getting beyond bloody. Fighting dirty and doing anything to win.

Gritting his teeth be dropped the vast majority of his super villain act. She was too dangerous for games. His eyes tracked her, ready to react the moment he sensed an attack. He’d let her get close, close enough to gut punch her with his gun if needed. So she couldn’t dodge. So she’d lose the advantage of her staff.

“You’re a dangerous thing Explosive Existence,” his green eyes narrowed, “But we’re all monsters here,” his voice low in threat.

The bomber split grin stretched further, reaching her ears as inching closer to the cornered blue man. Having way fun intruding his space and mood.

“Humm, I’ll have your kind to thank for that, so stand for the existance you create.” She purr lifting a taunting thick brown and wink mysterius without explination, settingt the end of her long bomb stick to the bricked ground between them. At least she wasnt grabby, yet, creating a thin barrier between them with the staff.

“Sure, but every monster crumble under the right method. Like wolf in front of a sheep.” Cackle, the poor thing had recognized het awesomeness!

Megamind let out a breath. Prison yard rules then. Street rules. No game. Not until she understood who he was. The trick was to hit them hard and fast with no warning. To never stop hitting them and to never hesitate.

Arm snapping up, Megamind fired the stun gun at her. It would be enough to knock anyone human to the ground easily. He wouldn’t count on it working on her though.

Dodging where he assumed the staff would come up, he lunged at her, closing the distance. If he made contact with her he’d ride her to the ground punching. He’d show her who was the wolf.

Megamind preferred guns, it was better to keep his distance. Safer. However, he’d mastered dirty fighting in the prison yard. Hand to hand combat with whatever you could get your hands on. Chains, shivs, rusty nails, it didn’t matter. The spikes on his gloves were for more than decoration. Defensive and offensive. The suit layered with fabrics to absorb blows and resist cutting.
