Megamind had been having an off week, nothing had quite gone as planned. Delay after delay as he fought to get first the parts he needed and then had the contraption literally explode in his face. So there was downtime and healing and Minion being a worried nanny. But damn it! He desperately needed to get this plot moving!
As Minion was putting the final touches on the slap dash ‘tourture’ device Roxanne would be strapped to today, Megamind prepared to kidnap Miss Ritchi himself. This was the easy part. He just needed to surprise her and get her in the car. And hope to god she wasn’t in a bad mood or wearing stilettos. That was a lesson he only needed to learn once.
Back against the wall of the alley where he’d parked the invisible car, he waited for her to exit the news station. According to her work schedule that he’d hacked from her computer, she should be done from work about now…
