“Ha! Well what are you waiting for then?” Megamind gave the Crimson Fucker the come at me fingers from the piolet seat of the Spider Bot, “Come on an hit me if you’re able.”
“Oh take a chill pill!” Megamind swore at her when he saw the fire, the reek of burning glue quickly filling the air. The special glue blackened and blistered in the heat. Before it could burn away completely he fired several more shots at her, trying to smother her fire and coat her in glue
Lyn didn’t even bother to try to shoot a retort back to the blue man, didn’t bother to try to even try to avoid the great globs of glue that flew to her.. there was no way she could avoid them anyways. There were no mortal means of suppressing her fire.. though regardless the weight of the glue sent Lyn to her hands and knees, the feeling of the extra weight and being surrounded by it all allowing her to diminish the flames after a few brief moments. The action certainly gave it the appearance that the glue had effectively smothered her flames..Â
She remained still on the ground, concentrating on keeping her breathing steady and even. She kept herself still, waiting for Megamind to decide that she had calmed enough..Â
Pausing in shooting, Megamind peered down at his fallen rival. Finally! He breathed a sigh of relief and leaned on his gun cannon, lips quirking in a smug grin, “That’s what you get for daring to challenging Megamind! What a picture of defeat you make, I rather wish I had a camera.”
