Add an Adblock filter for “cdn.yimg.com/gemini*”. I’ve got a couple hits on it so far and no recurrence of the ad.

EDIT: You might also have to block “*.tubemogul.com*” and “*vt.tumblr.com/*.mp4″, apparently.
