Blue Paint

ever-so-humble:

Syx rolled his eyes, “That’s what I was doing,” he crossed his arms in a huff, “So are you going to keep threatening me in the street for painting graffiti or shall me go somewhere and talk. I have a lot of questions.”

He didn’t like being so exposed as this with his new possible threat, all to aware the cops could be drawn here at anytime. Plus he didn’t want to speak openly where there might be ears.

“I’m sure you do.” She did herself on realizing where she was, the Brainbots zipping ahead to wait by the entrance of her Lair. “You should know where the entrance is,” Megamind answers simply, already leading him to it on the off chance that the way what he knew was set up was different from her own. In any case, she’d be needed along with for him to get inside.

Her set up was very similar to his own, Syx looked over it as he followed, spotting the subtle differences. It shouldn’t be surprising really, not seeing that blue skin and how similarly she was dressed and behaving. It was unnerving really. In another though Syx found his excitement and curiosity growing. Blue skin. He hadn’t seen blue skin that wasn’t his own since he was eight days old.

That curiosity brought his steps closer to the female double then he would otherwise have done with someone who was potentially hostile towards him. The larger part of him, though now that he was growing calmer, wanted to see if she smelled right. He wasn’t sure how else to put it, but he remembered his parents smelling different from humans.
