Blue Paint

ever-so-humble:

The first indication that Syx wasn’t going to have an easy time retagging the area is an additional pair of Brainbots, hovering above his own group and surveying the ongoing scene. One of them sending an alert to the woman who’d built them, giving her time to investigate the issue for herself.

Megamind’s response is at some delay, having been checking on one of her own in-progress projects when the signal had arrived; when she does realize something was going on impotant enough to have been called in, she’s immediately on her way to see what was going on herself.

Letting Minion and Roxanne both know she’d be back soon, she herself is in a similar costume when she appears, a look of annoyance stamped on her face. That the person involved is familiarly blue doesn’t surprise her, though their behavior does. So far, none of the others had tried anything like this. Wary because of it, one hand is resting on the handle of her de-gun as a precaution.

One oh his brainbots dropped down to him bowging, Megamind turned to it in confusion, “What? Let me see.”

Running through it’s video feed he saw the strange brainbots. Fuck him sideways, they looked like his, but he knew ever one of his bots. Frowning he waved #53 off to return to guard duty. Barking out, “You and you,” he pointed to #112 and #99, “Go scout and assess the situation.”

Tapping his watch he brought up Minion, “Code: things are weird.”

“Code: Sir that’s a very unhelpful description,” the watch chirped back.

When the female double appeared #112 and #99 circled her as the very loyal and dog like #53 who was noticeably more decorated then the others dropped near Syx’s shoulder with a confused bowg.

“What trickery is this?” Megamind murmured, green eyes going wide. His de-gun appearing in his hand in a flash and pointed at his female double, “Explain yourself impostor!”
